When you use the Dream Builder, we keep your answers, any notes or reference photo you upload, and the designs created for you, so you can return to them and so a designer can follow up.

Order requests are confirmed with you personally. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

We use your information only to schedule and prepare for your appointment, to answer your questions, to discuss custom pieces, and to follow up about an enquiry you started. If you ask us to, we may also send occasional updates about new collections; you can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you (for example, website hosting, form and email delivery, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp), and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Dream Builder designs are created with AI image and text services. Only your design answers, notes and any reference photo are sent to them — never your name, email or phone number.

If you contact us by phone, text or WhatsApp, your message and phone number are handled by those providers under their own privacy terms in addition to this policy.

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function and to understand general usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep appointment and enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us and limit access to the people who need it to assist you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
